What is your return policy?
1. We don't accept any complaints and returns that we just don't like the item due to wrong size due to personal and subjective factors, so please check your order carefully.
2,.Please do not return the items directly to the address on the package that you have received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
3.The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed.
4.We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 5 days after you receive it: zipper malfunction, ripped or torn,be damaged.If the goods you receive have quality problems, please contact our service email as soon as possible.service@ohhohic.com
5.Please check the address carefully. If the customer's address leads to a return, we will not bear the mailing cost. The customer is responsible for this.
6.If you include any sort of discount coupon at check out during a Promotional Sale, you will not receive the promotional price/special/offer as it will be void.
